Refund and Returns Policy

Order-Mee online Store’s exchange policy allows you to exchange a product:

1) If I received the wrong product.

2) If received a defective/damaged product.

Order-Mee  Online Store exchange if any product has a manufacturing fault, broken or scratched. The original box and all accessories should be exchanged as well. If the item is dispatched to you in a different city then we will provide the Exchange and the customer will bear the shipping cost to send us back.

However, to complete the replacement of your product, the product should be:

• wrong/defective/ damaged product is delivered, we will get it picked up for free.

• sealed in its original product packaging.

• unused and the packaging should not be harmed.

• Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

• The exchange request should be made within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery package.

• Once the wrong product is received by us, we will dispatch the correct product within 5-7 working days.

• We will expedite the exchange once we have received and inspected the product.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Products cannot be returned or exchanged if the package is opened or damaged.

• All the accessories are without any warranty and will only be exchanged if the box is not opened.

• It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return.

Cancellations requests should be sent via email and will be approved as applicable and/or a service representative will call you to discuss. As needed, our representatives can assist with order adjustments and cancellation requests as well.
